Mr. Mills and his staff were beyond helpful and courteous. I never once had to deal with an attitude nor did I feel neglected by him or his staff at any time. I put my trust in him and I have never had to worry. Knowing that Mr. Mills and his professional staff had my back, my family and I have not had to worry. Thank you all for treating us with dignity and respect in a time where we felt we didnt really matter.

6 years later and my wife is still having bad issues with the horrible way her case was handled. After my wife was hit in rear of car, Martinez sent us to a collision repair shop that was a chop shop on east side. This place told wife to get rental car and they would pay. After 2 weeks collision shop did not pay and and Martinez would not help or accept accountability. Now wife of no cause of hers ,has rental car collections on her record and is banned from renting from enterprise. My wife is a victim two times here. GGM did nothing to help. This was a nightmare from beginning to end and nothing was done to help. That's why we contacted GGRM . We are still facing difficulties. 6 years later.
