I was sued by my ex in spite of having a prenuptial agreement. At one point, three different law firms, one with a very nasty reputation, had been consulted to strategize how to overturn my prenuptial agreement. Once I was served divorce papers, I had to choose a Nevada law firm to represent me. The Marshal Willick Law Group was chosen by me after having consulted 8 different lawyers. Until Marshal, I was feeling like a target by some law firms that quoted me retainers north of 40k while other law firms seemed too busy to talk to me in a timely manner. Marshal, along with Lorien Cole, provided clarity, compassion and were reasonably priced, not inexpensive, but worth every penny. Marshal is a divorce law maven with a serious reputation built upon his deep credentials. His unexpected wry sense of humor provided the much needed levity to concerning motions filed against me. He gave me straight answers and in the end, was right about my case. His staff was dependable and communicative. His internal client webpage helped me stay on top of all of the legal paperwork as well. We worked remotely together, due to COVID rules, and I didn't feel that anything was missed. It actually made things more efficient instead of having to drive and meet. I needed a smart, really smart lawyer, and I found more than one in the Marshal Willick Law Group.

By the time I realized I needed a Nevada QDRO to be legally entitled to the Arizona agreed upon divorce stipulations, I was in Florida! Fortunately every word I read on QDRO Masters web page was both assuring enough to contact them, and then discovered to be true! Initial contact displayed both their necessary knowledge and experience to give the QDRO process the air of commonality that someone like me, going through this for the first time, could appreciate. I felt I could trust them to do what needed to be done. We remained in regular contact throughout the process. When I had a question or needed clarity, I received an answer. I am most grateful for their assistance in helping me remain patient while they guided me to the end of the process.

I received a letter from the custodian of my pension fund account last week. They believed there was a problem with the language contained in the QDRO that I submitted to them. I contacted QDRO Masters to ask them for help in getting this matter resolved. They immediately went to work on my behalf and got in contact with my pension fund manager and had the problem resolved in a few short days. As it turned out the paperwork (QDRO) wasn’t the problem. This was over two years after I first hired them! Their response and care in getting this resolved was amazing! QDRO Masters is a very competent and professional firm and I can’t recommend them enough. Bill E.
