Kandas Myer taught the class well! She was very knowledgeable on 1031 and gave lots of good examples. She answered questions and gave many opportunities to ask questions.

I took a 1031 Exchange Course with Kandas Myer today and I am so glad I did! She was thorough and did a great job of checking in with over 60 of us during the course to make sure we were understanding what she was explaining. I was not taking the course for CE purposes as I did not need the credit but knowledge is power so I attended and now I will absolutely refer Kandas as my Qualified Intermediary for all future 1031 transactions. Thank you a million Kandas, I look forward to working with you in the very near future.
