Thanks to Scott Morris and his wonderful team, my father is receiving the quality care, justice, and attention he deserves. Last December, my 82 year old father became the hopeless victim of a dog bite attack while walking around his neighborhood. Fortunately, my father was able to fight off the dog, but was left with severe emotional and physical scarring. To make matters worse, the owners of the dog refused to cooperate with us and accept responsibility for what transpired. Terrified, angry and exasperated, we turned to Scott Morris for legal advice. We were immediately scheduled for an initial consultation to speak to him. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we were able to do a remote consultation. Scott was very empathetic and set my dad up with an array of medical providers that same day. Scott informed us to focus on my dad’s treatment plan and he will take care of the rest. We are relieved and grateful to be able to focus on Dad’s recovery and not stress about the legal stress and claims process. So far, the process has been smooth and the communication exceptional. In addition, Scott was able to locate the dog owners and have them accept full liability! To say he has gone above and beyond is an understatement. We are also extremely pleased with our case manager, Annette. Annette has maintained weekly updates on our case and checks in to inquire how my Dad is feeling and recovering. Mr. Morris explained everything in detail and got us set up with Drs. Immediately. The Drs. Were awesome and made sure to treat our pain though the process while healing us. Ms.Ariana was always calling us to make sure we were doing ok which we really appreciated! They made sure to keep us informed with everything going on as well!! Morris Injury Law is amazing! I am so grateful I found Scott! I had an accident in March of 2019. It was minor and a bit complicated due to the police not being called. It became a he said she said situation. Scott was honest with me about my about my case, but he still took it. He could have said no. But Scott stepped up to the plate. At that time I believe it was just Scott! The best part about my case is I got to see the office team grow!
