Good firm

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Steve Baker! Steve has represented me twice and each time he has proven his integrity, capability, and professionalism. Steve Baker represented me with the attention one gives a V.I.P. and always had my best interests as priority. I refer people to Bertoldo, Baker, Carter & Smith with confidence that they will be handled with care and respect.

Very caring and professional...

I used this firm YEARS ago when I was still in high school. (It was back when they had their old office in Henderson.) Steve Baker was my lawyer and I remember he took a discount on his fees because the insurance settlement was supposed to be split into thirds (1/3 for the medical bills, 1/3 for the lawyer and 1/3 for me) but the medical bills were more than 1/3 of the total payout. So, Mr. Baker took a smaller cut so I would get a full third of the total settlement. He explained to me that the law group agreed to never take more money on a settlement than its clients. Because if that, I highly recommend them to anyone who's ever been injured. They'll be honest and take your case regardless of the outcome.

Steven Baker is an Awesome and reliable attorney. Also, his staff and Melissa provided excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience there. Therefore, I highly recommend him.

Steven Baker is an absolutely phenomenal attorney and the supporting staff provided great customer service as well. I was kept updated on all affairs in a timely fashion and the case was settled in exactly one year from the time of the accident with full policy limits. Unbelievable!

i wish i could give this place 0 starts , dont waste your time here they dont care about you its all about money . i wrote a review here before but im editing it since the deal with the lawyer was ill get him a good review if he took care of me so he didnt do his part and now look where we are . the assistants dont communicate with ya nor do the lawyer seriously was a waste of time dealing with them so i was forced to get a new lawyer that would fight for me .

Amazing Attorney. He knows his stuff and is very honest. I highly recommend him.
