I hired the firm in 2018 after being in a major automobile accident that was not my fault. I had been in a few accidents in my past and had used different attorneys before hiring the firm Bertoldo, Baker, Carter, Smith and Cullen for this accident. I have to say that my attorney Brett Carter and Lindsay Cullen were the hardest working attorneys I have ever had working on my case. To say they put 110% of their time is an understatement. I have never had attorneys work and fight so hard for me and gave me such compassion and caring about my case. They were available to me 24 hours a day, answering every question I had, and even more important advising me what steps we should go and how to navigate the complex legal system with the defense firm that the insurance company had hired. All in all I got a great settlement that was very fair and was life changing for me. I can't thank them enough for all the great work they did on my case, I am sure that there were so many countless hours that went into my case and it was only because they cared about me and it was not just about the money in a settlement. Thank you so much Brett and Lindsay for all your hard work. I'm a very satisfied client and if I ever have another accident I will use them again without any hesitation.

I was working with Javier on my case and he gave me the best service. As a matter of fact, Javier was the only lawyer who was willing to take my case and work hard for me when no other lawyer would even look into my case. Javier and his assistant Eva are always responsive to my questions and always readily available to help me or look into documents or switching me over to get the best care. Even through this pandemic they did not take a break and worked thru to make things happen. I had a great expirience and it has been a long one, but i appreciate everything they have done for me.
