The Staff at Ballsteadt Law firm were very effective with helping my wife and I understand more about the Banckruptcy process and weather or not it was a good option for our situation. I remember our first meeting with Ethan. He was really easy to talk to. I admit, it was hard for me to talk to anyone about our financial situation, but Ethan took the time to explain some of our options and I actually felt better about our situation when we left the office that day. Ethan was great. Our second meeting was with Melissa. What a Blessing and truly an amazing person. She was very knowledgable and helpful. She walked us through the filing process step by step. I had an excellent experience working with Seth Ballstaedt at the Summerlin area office to file my Chapter 7. I went to his firm after paying $500 to another firm that was leading me on a path to a Chapter 13 and 5 years of hefty payments. Seth did a closer analysis of my situation and determined that I qualified for a high end Chapter 7 which saved me a lot of money and stress. His staff is professional, courteous, extremely responsive, and so helpful. I was able to file with $500 down and his office got a wage garnishment stopped for me immediately and also was able to get me back funds that had been collected post filing very quickly. They have two offices and I also had the opportunity to meet with Rock Ballstaedt at the Henderson office and he had the same knowledgeable and courteous demeanor as his son! All of the other office staff like Lori, Mary, and Meggan were also very helpful with anything I ever requested or needed. I would recommend this firm to anyone that wants to get their bankruptcy needs handled quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.
