What does a divorce attorney do? Well, first and foremost, they protect your assets from your crazy ex. I have to say, Vince Mayo and his team did a masterful job of this. But, above and beyond this, they did something equally as valuable. The worst part of this whole thing was the not knowing, as this my first experience. Vince and his team told me what to expect, they didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, they told me the TRUTH. Even up until our court date, I KNEW what to expect, and they were almost 100% spot on with their assessments of the various situations my ex threw at us. They kept me at ease through a difficult time, and they protected my assets to boot. If there's a Super Bowl for divorce attorneys, I'm happy to announce Vince Mayo and the Abrahms Mayo Law Firm are my starting quarterback. I recommend them highly to anyone who has to endure this horrible experience, because they made it much less horrible.

Rena and Mark are consummate pros in the child custody arena. Rena's decades of experience and clout has made a monumental difference throughout the process. Rena is also a certified family law specialist. Mark's timely diligence as an advanced certified paralegal has also been crucial. Previously, I had a far less experienced lawyer at another firm, and it showed. The minute I changed to Rena, things started to move forward in a positive direction. Rena is not only great at negotiating the best possible outcome for all involved, but she's also a second to none trial attorney. You will without a doubt get what you pay for.

Tried calling to ask about the Rena Hughes situation and they are completely unprofessional on the phone. Wow. Lack of integrity. Please elaborate on how I was "unacceptably rude"? You have someone working for you who has a viral video with unacceptably unlawful behavior. These lying lawyers instantly replied but when they realized I'm not who they thought I was they went radio silent. Disturbing group!

NOTE TO "OWNER" - What does it matter if the person has never been a client of your law firm? You don't need to be a client to know Rena Hughes' very shameful public record and disgraceful behavior in the legal system.

Family law is not a fun experience at the least, and pure agony is expected. A lack of quality representation abounds in Las Vegas, where sometimes it seems your lawyer wants the money without even putting a thought into your case. I am grateful that was not my experience with Jennifer Abrams. I came to Jennifer after my previous representation repeatedly dropped the ball and gave bad advice. Jennifer and her team were attentive and professional. The advice I was given had reasonable support, and their preparation made for a favorable outcome. Most importantly, she is passionate about helping her clients and she always came to court prepared, informed and ready to tackle the case. It is hard to put your trust in an attorney, but Jennifer proved she is worth trusting.

Exceptional. Ms. Abrams and her staff got to work quickly on my divorce and got me a great outcome that I certainly wasn’t expecting. She would get back in touch with me quickly, no matter the time or day, and immediately gave updates. You get what you pay for - or in my case, she had my ex pay for it. I really felt that she was fighting for me. Almost like it was personal to her. If you want an attorney who can truly turn the script around in your favor, she’s the one. I owe my life to this law firm, as my case had potential for a very bad outcome, but fortunately, I got an exceptional one that was way better than my ideal outcome.

I was recommended to Vincent Mayo and the whole law firm by another attorney that doesn't work with family courts. I must say, it was a brilliant recommendation. Everyone there was extremely professional, yet always helpful and quick to respond! I was experiencing a very difficult divorce and I was unsatisfied with how my case was going. I relieved my first attorney of her duties and hired Jennifer Abrams. She fought for me every step of the way and the dynamic of my case instantly began to change. Within just a few months, my divorce was finalized in a way that was fair. However, shortly after it was finalized, I was forced to file a motion because my ex was violating the terms of the divorce. Another attorney with the firm, Rena Hughes, was assigned to the matter. She was terrific and once again, the matter was finalized to my satisfaction. Throughout the entire ordeal, much of the communication went through paralegal Julie Schoen. Julie was incredible, attentive and extremely responsive. She truly cares about the client and works tirelessly to help. My advice to anyone searching for a divorce attorney is this...do not base your decision on the hourly rate. The Abrams Law Firm may have a higher rate than some attorneys but you will actually save money. Much of the work is done by their paralegals, which have a lower hourly rate, and the more expensive attorneys only do the most critical work. I saved money with them over my previous attorney with a lower hourly rate. I highly recommend this form and I cannot say enough great things about them.

I was in a very unfortunate situation when my daughter passed away and left a 1 year old baby boy, my grandson (that lived with me until her death). My grandson's father’s family would not let me see him for over a year. I filed a Petition for Visitation and lost horribly because of a very unfortunate ruling. Thank goodness, a friend referred me to Vince Mayo (Abrams & Mayo). Within a couple of months, Vince and his amazing paralegal, Julie, prepared a very well written Motion for Reconsideration. I could not find any attorney that would do this for me since Grandparent’s Visitation rights are VERY difficult to accomplish. Vince and Julie helped me when no one else would. Well….the Motion was GRANTED and now I get to see my Grandson! honestly, I never thought it would happen because of the challenged and outdated laws for third-party visitation . I personally have been in the legal industry for 30+ years, and I know a good law firm when I see it (and work with them!). Vince and Julie are AMAZING and work so hard to get you the result you want and need! Excellent lawyer and paralegal team! They treat their clients with the upmost care and professionalism. And very easy to work with! I HIGHLY recommend them for any family law issues you may have. Specifically Grandparent’s Rights. I was promised my fee would be taken out of the settlement. Was not done. His lawyers fee was taken out. What I was to get at the end I never received a penny.
