Been working with this firm for years now. Staff had been professional, accommodating, and kind from the receptionist to my lawyer, who i trust and respect very much. My attorney is very busy although she always returns my calls. I am thankful for Gabriel C at the firm. He is excellent. He gets back to me when I have questions via calls or emails. He provides me with information I need and follow-up on my questions and gets back to me as soon as possible. He is dependable and knowledgeable that he eases my concerns and worries when I receive a letter from the trustee. He is truly a great asset to the firm and the clients he serves. I will continue using and refer this firm as needed because of people they employ, like Gabriel C.

I have had the best service during one of the hardest times of my life. I needed a place that I could trust, I was embarrassed and not wanting to admit that I had put myself in such a rut, I went through divorce and had medical complications and my debt was piling up. My mom went here as well, and suggest I go here for my bankruptcy, I have a special case and they were willing to work with me on a flexible payment plan and kept me informed on everything when I had a question. They all worked very hard to get my payment plan that I needed for my bankruptcy. I was able to keep my car too. When ever I call or email Gabe is always ready to call me back and help me with my questions. Thank you PandA law firm! I am not afraid of my future for once!!

After my husband lost his medical insurance and having a huge medical bill and other debt. I consulted with Peter's and Associates to due a BK 13. The peace of mind that my husband and myself received was so welcoming and assured that we were going to be okay. I am not leaving a five-star review because I very often felt completely forgotten with this firm. After making payments to them for six months I received the list of necessary documents to provide them to which I did so within a day. After dropping the documents off I did not hear anything for quite some time so I finally checked in and heard nothing. Eventually I sent one final email and even stated that I would be seeking a refund of my retainer to go to another office is when I finally heard back. The communication and follow up was much better after that but I still never received updates or information on what the next step was EVER. I had to email the attorney and paralegal anytime there was a procedural question because no one ever explained the process to me on what to expect after the Petition was filed (Outside of having a hearing and being discharged) especially since my case was not just the standard bankruptcy. I received mail and never knew what to do with anything. After waiting two months of no contact I finally reached out today to see if my case was closed yet and I was informed it was closed a month ago but never received any notification. I don't want to seem unappreciative for the help I received but I do suggest that communication be a little bit better with this firm as I was not impressed at all with what I received. In the end, you got the job done which I am grateful for however, I will not be referring anyone to this office because of the downsides I have experienced.
