Their paralegal or whatever she wants to call herself name MJ is very rude and unprofessional, I asked her to to send me a balance of what’s in my trust that I pay them to keep on top of my fees and she can never tell me but I’m paying them to keep up with my accounts and they cant do so. She’s been calling me every other month with a nasty attitude telling me I need to pay more instead of letting me know on a Monthly basis what I need to pay and what’s already been paid off. They have paid off creditors and I have no idea they just ask me to pay more. I also over paid my fees so I don’t understand this poor customer service she gives to me. Go else where for your needs . They advise on television so I should have known better.

Happy I am adding this one. They helped me through bankruptcy They are professional and polite. The owner met with me and he is a great guy. These guys KNOW the laws. They keep up with it all. Confirm with n person meeting than try and change it to phone call after confirming appointment despite not specifying an assigned attorney nor mentioned it was not an option for in person when it was an option and confirmed than after being told I’d go somewhere else and do not contact again harassed me Sorry for poor grammar
