All before she even knew if they can accept me as a client. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome!! Also for handling all my questions with such patience and making sure that I have a clear understanding of every step. This team handled my case, fast and efficiently. The office is very elegant and upon entering you just know that they are going to handle business. The attorneys and staff got back to me each and every time within a timely manner. it didn’t matter if it was by email or phone. I never want to be in another car accident again in life. however, if it does occur, I would choose this office X staff again and again. I am updating my review as of today, 8/15/24 to include the personal injury section of my case: Dimopoulos Law Firm was a blessing in disguise. After getting rear-ended while sitting at a light, a coworker recommended I call Tammy at Dimopoulos. Best phone call I ever made in my life. Told her what happened, she explained what the insurance company for the girl who hit me would try to do, explained what Dimopoulos would do and it’s been bliss since then. Tammy told me my Case Mgr would be Maria and she’d be in contact with me soon. Maria was in contact the next day and has been in contact every step of the way; pain mgt appointments, chiropractic appointments, and scheduling of my MRI. Maria kept me updated on everything going on with my case. When I had questions, she was easily accessible and in the couple of times that she wasn’t available, Tammy was a phone call or text away. I can’t say enough about both of these amazing women. I don’t know the standard time for settling a personal injury case and it’s probably different for everyone but I feel like my case was settled in record time AND for much, much more money than I anticipated. If you find yourself in need of a personal injury law firm, cross your fingers and request Maria. If you’re extremely lucky, Tammy will be the cherry on top. If you’ve got both of them, you’ll have absolutely NOTHING to worry about. Just do as you’re told (don’t miss any treatments or appointments) and it’s smooth-sailing from there! *** This part of my review is about the property damage part of my case: My experience with Dimopoulos has been amazing! Iris, who handled my car being repaired, has been awesome! She took care of everything from setting up the appointment to take my car in for assessment, setting up the rental while my car was being repaired and continuing updates on the progress of my car being completed. She explained the process thoroughly. I’ve got my car back and it looks good as new! Thank you Iris!
