High quality service

This was my first time getting into a car accident. Ruby handled my case and she was phenomenal. I wasn't familiar with the terminology or the process. Yet, she practically held my hand as she walked me through what to expect. She also went above and beyond to ensure I'd gotten the medical treatment I deserve. I hope I never get into another accident, but if I do -I'm calling Dimopoulos. This firm did a wonderful job

Professional. I was referred by my cousin to go to Dimopoulos as she saw a sign somewhere and I immediately googled them. I was looking between this law firm and another, and trusted my guts to go with Dimopoulos. This was my first accident ever where someone had hit me and this process took literally 5 months ish, and I felt like it went by pretty quick compared to my cousins case with a different law firm. I met with Jennifer Gines and Jennifer Tang my first day and they explained everything to me in detail with the papers, how the process works meanwhile having my dad on the phone, and I was scheduled with my doctors and appointments asap. All my appointments were within 8-12 minutes from my house, which was super convenient. Jennifer Gines was my case manager and I felt like everything was smooth throughout the whole process, I didn’t feel like I have to do much at all besides drop my car to the shop, go to my appointments, and just go about my day. Iris Bahrohona helped with my car rental process which was also smooth, and she even got me claims for diminish value towards my car on top of that as it was only 2 months old before the accident. I felt like this was a bonus I didn’t even expected, which is great! For my car having a minor hit, although it did impact my back and neck which I have been treated for already, I would say Jennifer and Iris got me a really good check, and they exceeded my expectations. This was my first and will be the only law firm I would go to if I ever get into anymore accident, hoping not to get in anymore at all of course. Thank you again! I greatly appreciate you!
