I would seek council from a real firm. Dimopoulos just wants to pocket $$$$

I had a situation come up unexpectedly where I was overwhelmed, and could not get anyone to listen. Charles listened. As soon as I sent him the details (probably way more info than he needed,) he was able to break down the situation and give me his strategy, which I love because many lawyers won't tell you what they plan to do. I appreciate it, because it allows me to have input based on my personal knowledge, and relieve my anxiety. He kept me informed throughout the process. We were getting a decent offer, but not what I was looking for, so Charles was ready to go to bat for me. I could see how excited he was to get prepared to speak on my behalf. It was the first time I was able to have someone state my side and who I am, not the person I was being portrayed as. He was able to make the argument to the judge in a way that (from what I could see) had a profound effect on her decision. The results were the best we could expect, and I have been able to sleep much better without this hanging over my head. Charles works on criminal cases and DUI. He has a great knowledge of the courts in our area, whether it be Las Vegas or Henderson. He is intelligent, personable, and willing to listen.
