After 2 years of little to no movement on a short sale request, I contacted Kristy Black. She listened to my story and then went to work. She answered all of my questions along the way and was always available to assist when new items arose. Thanks to Kristy, I closed on my short sale yesterday! Ms. Black, in my opinion is one of the most knwoledgable attorneys I have dealt with requiring matters of Real Estate and Foreclosure. Being a commercial real estate broker myslef, working with such a well versed individual was a pleasure and ended with positive outcome. Very professional and gave sound legal advice and options to help with a difficult short sale. After many failed attempts of obtaining approval from the bank, Kristy's advice was successful on the first try. She did not talk negatively about the legal advice that I had received prior to the visit but provided additional strategies and options and was respectful at all the interactions I had with her. She exhibited a genuine interest in helping me and very responsive!

We were in the process of purchasing the home we had been renting for 10 years. The seller refused to sign papers at closing for personal reasons and gave us a 30 day notice. Kristy took our case . She told us not to worry that she would take care of it, and she did! The original transaction was completed and we were able to stay in "our Home". Kristy showed us such compassion. She handled everything quickly, professionally and made us feel we were in good hands. We would strongly recommend her.

Kristy represented me at foreclosure mediation - she was able to get a recommendation of sanctions against my lender for failing to bring certain documents. After that, she helped us complete a quick short sale, using the outcome of the mediation against our lender. We got a full deficiency release and now, with her and her law firm's help, are attempting to repair our credit and move forward. Her assistance has been superb along the way. Great attorney and law firm!
