Ms. Vissia Calderon is a well-informed and experienced immigration attorney. She knows how the USCIS office in Las Vegas works and can therefore accurately inform her clients on what to expect. When presented with our unique situation, Ms. Calderon provided educated guidance on how to proceed. She cautioned my wife and I that, based on the facts of our case, the government could very well issue a "Notice of Intent to Deny" to our petition. She was correct - they did. Ms. Calderon then instructed us on how to address their concerns. The road to our goal was longer than we had hoped (two years), but thanks to Ms. Calderon's insight, thoroughness and professionalism, our goal was ultimately achieved.

I have retained Atty. Calderon to do my H1B RFE as my first attorney did not get it right. Ms. Calderon took over my application and submitted all the requirements thoroughly and got it approved. She also recently helped me on the renewal of the H1B and she was very thorough, requesting as much documentation needed to get the renewal approved without having to worry about an RFE. True enough, I got my H1B renewed without a hitch. I will also be retaining her services for my future greencard application.
