I promise you.They suck! I spoke with Dimopoulus himself over the phone who told me “I was n good hands he’d be handling my car personally” yet when I got yo my appt I never saw him. Not once. I was told during the meeting “we don’t have tge great reviews and ratings we do for nothing”..They never contacted me and when I contacted them they never knew anything and was very rude. I asked to fire them to find new representation and was told no I would owe them. THEN weeks later let me go as a client w/o ever letting me know until they sent an email to my insurance company CCing me. Still to this day I never received a letter in the mail nor an email stating we no longer represent you, they never called and asked ne to come sign papers being relinquished..nothing! They literally screwed my entire claim . I’m telling you go somewhere else! Also their ratings have to be FAKE!

Even though I had people telling me not to bother opening a bodily injury claim because it would not be worth it and I would lose a lot of time, I did not listen and called William at Dimopoulos because I know they are the only ones that provide service in Portuguese, my native language.
