I got hit on my electric scooter on July 16. With the due diligence, fast pace and efficiency of my case manager Karla, she was able to settle my case and disburse my payment by Oct 2. From my experience with family and friends , this is the fastest settlement I’ve ever seen.
I’m very happy with the outcome.
The office is located in Town Square which I liked a lot. Everyone from the time you enter the office until you leave is very professional and treat you like a super star ⭐️
