What a terrible experience. Honestly, I am still shocked. I called up as they were recommended to me by my Insurance company, and Mirella was very polite and lovely to deal with. I explained our situation, and she said the next step would be for us to come down and meet to discuss our situation. Reza would let us know what we needed to do, and we could bring what we had with us and discuss it with him. I explained we didn't have childcare and she said it would be fine to bring our daughter with us. So anyone that knows what it is like having a toddler knows that any meeting like this involves some planning - snacks, entertainment. So we get there 5 minutes before our appointment, office looks tired and it doesn't fill me with confidence that I am dealing with someone that's not doing particularly well at their craft but hey maybe they are careful with their money. The good news is it's next to what was the immigration court so I figured he probably knows what he is doing. There are a couple of people in the large waiting room so pretty quiet, then we sit there... and sit there... eventually being seen 30 mins after our appointment. Thank goodness for Peppa Pig, our daughter is chilled and I am catching up on emails. So we walk in and take a seat on his sofa, he asks what we are there for and I explain.... tells me a couple of bits of information we already know and then explains that our insurance doesn't pay much but he will deduct it from his $3K fee. I explained that this is very straightforward and our insurance said that they just pay for a review and I understand that we would sign a retainer with him to do that. Boom that's when he hits me with oh your insurance won't cover my charges for that, it's $700 I'll deduct the $30-40 your insurance pays. Seriously I bought my whole family down for him to quote me prices, needless to say, I was not happy. He could see I was annoyed and so here comes the best bit. He said that my insurance only pays for one meeting with a lawyer and I just used it up.... 5 minutes and he is charging my insurance company just for him to quote his prices.... smells of desperation. So anyway my next step is to speak to the insurance company and ensure they do not ever recommend him and see if I can get him taken off their approved suppliers. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this. Note: I have already spoken to other law firms and the things he says are not correct... I suspect he preys on people who don't question anything and that is why he has multiple other reviews on here saying he won't answer any questions.

Worst experience ever they canceled both of my appointments inside their office at the time of the appointment, they told me that the attorney had to step out of the office this is for immigration, Reza Athari's the incompetent reseptionist tells you 20 min before the appointment yes attorney is here come he will be waiting for you and when i got to the office same incompetent reseptionist tells me attorney just stepped out, I think that's their strategy, they tell you attorney stepped out so a paralegal who is not the attorney who doesn't know what they're doing will be taking your money and to avoid liability. (BE AWARE) (BE CAREFUL) if you speak with a paralegal and not the attorney you are waisting your time and your money don't let this people do this to you. Your time is valuable as well.

Very good service by the associates…I want to say Thank you for your help. I strongly recommend to visit this place. Handling immigration very well. A big challenge from me that I’m waiting for the green card for so long and finally I got it. It delays because of the pandemic. I just hang on and wait for the right time and it works.
