The staff is the worst!

Carmen is the person that will answer as soon as you dial Reza Athari & Associates PLLC. She tries to find my case number from my Legal Plan, and she couldn’t find it. Back and forward phone call and at the end she said I will need to contact my Employer or the Legal Plan. As soon as I call the next lawyer in my list, they found everything. Jesus!!!!!! They don’t even try to be proactive. I even offer her to call them. No, I will have to do it. I offered her to send her the confirmation email and no, she refuses it since she did not find anything on her system. This is the quality of Lawyer that we have here in Las Vegas. Good luck!!!
