There is a stupid customer service I never ever seen in my life. We payed everything whatever they said and I won my case but still 5 years I didn’t get my green card, my social security card.Even when we called them the new paralegal told us please give me some time I have to see your case. Because every time they changing their paralegals. When we went and asked them why we didn’t receive my green card, I have a judge approval they told as we can sue immigration service. They want to make money they don’t want to contact them and tell them please send the green card they just want to make money this law office all about money they.When my husband told raza you have to do it he say we don’t care for money, but they do, he said we first our job, but they didn’t, because we had a contract so I have to get green card.But still I didn’t get, and another stupid question I ever heard why you are rushing, 5 years for them it’s nothing and what kind of question asking me, I didn’t understood.He can’t ask me that kind of questions, it’s not your business do your job that’s it .After when you paid off your whole amount, they don’t care anymore about your case. He told my husband my front desk lady almost 2 hours spent on the phone to call USCIS. Ok she has to spent of course, because we paid off $25000, can you understand how many hours we work for that money? Anyways I don’t recommend this office.
