I don’t even know where to begin, or what to say. Jack and his team went above and beyond anything I could’ve ever expected. My family and I went through a truly horrid experience dealing with the tragic and sudden loss of my kids mother. The last thing we wanted to do was deal with the issues that followed, and I am not a fan of dealing with attorneys, or any of that type of thing. I reached out to Jack’s firm after a recommendation from a friend. Jack called me himself, and assured me he would guide me, and handle everything personally, every step of the way. He made himself available to me via his cell phone at any time day or night. He met me on my level, and made me feel comfortable talking to him, and listening to him. This was way more then just about the settlement, it was about the loyalty, his willingness to go the extra mile, keeping me calm when I didn’t want to be, being fully transparent, and making good on every aspect of his word he gave me and my family when this started. Yes he was able to win my kids a nice settlement, beyond anything we thought possible, but what mattered to us was Jack the man, and THAT is the reason I would never go to anyone else. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to what Jack and his team meant to my family.
