My first car accident occurred last year in April. It was not my fault and I had no idea what to do. I chose to go with Jack Bernstein because of all the excellent reviews and I'm so glad that I did. I had no idea what the process was, but they explained everything to me and helped me throughout the entire process, from getting my car repaired to seeing a chiropractor. I had another accident that wasn't my fault again this year in February. I immediately knew who to call and felt much more prepared this time. We just finished my case for last year in April and I got more money than I was expecting. More importantly, I feel like I am valued and that my paralegal, Michelle, truly cares that I am recovering from the accident. I'm so happy with my experience using this team.
