They work wonders. It was my first time ever getting into any trouble with the law and I have social anxiety issues and recieving a ticket for speeding was very stressful. I saw them recommended to me when looking on a way to help me get through my first violation and they are amazing. The courteous lady on the phone was extremely helpful and reassuring. Their fee is reasonable and they guarantee no demerits or points on my license or having to go to traffic school. I paid at their office and despite the busyness of the amount of clients ringing in their concerns, they helped me quickly, calmly, and still entertained my questions and worries. If you're stressed about a traffic ticket and have worries, they can certainly help you get through the endeavor and would highly recommend them to anyone with a traffic ticket.

The folks at Ticket Authority do wonderful work. They are Highly Qualified and Experienced. My girlfriend received a ticket from a Nevada State Trooper because she allegedly came to close to his vehicle. The professionals at Ticket Authority had the citation amended to illegal parking. And we did the whole thing through email. No court appearances and no hassles. Excellent Work and Top Marks to Las Vegas Ticket Authority. Strongly recommend them.

Fast process and very helpful

Beyond easy customer experience for my traffic ticket! Sent them my info thru their website. Got a call the next business day briefly explaining the process and an emailed receipt for my payment to them. Then they handled the ticket, got it reduced to a parking ticket and no points on my license or traffic school. Sent me an email and gave me a call to update the status. I paid the fine and everything is done. Even after paying their fee, I saved about $50 since they got the fine reduced from the original amount. Plus it doesn't get reported to insurance so I save every month by not having to pay increased premiums. I would say I would do it all over again, but I hope I don't get any more tickets so I don't have to use them again!

I am blown away by the professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the individuals at Las Vegas Ticket Authority. I was prepared to pay over $1000 in fines, when an attorney from LVTA who was in the courtroom that day overheard my case. She noticed that I was making a mistake by pleading guilty. She stood up and intervened on my behalf. I never met her before. She did it out of the kindness of her heart and for that I am grateful. I recently moved to the Las Vegas area from California, I was pulled over for doing 30 in a 25 and I was absolutely devastated. I have a clean driving record and I was worried about the cost and points on my license... I called in and talked to Brianna, she looked up my info, explained the process and handled everything for me over the phone!! She is absolutely amazing!!
