I hired Kevin to finish my divorce after my last attorney for no where and cost me a ton of money. Kevin was upfront on the situation of the case and told me what I needed to hear. I contacted Bowler & Twitchell about setting up a guardianship. They called me back and provided some great advice on the pros and cons, with a final suggestion to avoid the guardianship. They didn't have to do that, all in a phone call. This limited experience with them leads me to believe they are an honest firm and looking out for the their client.

This attorney is incredibly unprofessional and not very good. He failed miserably to establish a defense and then acted very unprofessionally after his service was terminated. We had to file with the Bar.

Honest, Knowledgeable, and most of all competent. I had a lynch mob after me legally because a boy in my apartment complex shot himself with his fathers gun and I had a "i'm your huckleberry bumper sticker". Mr Beck interpreted the law not emotions, and settled the case properly. Also refunded half my retainer instead of charging me for staples and office fees.
