Mostly spoke about asset protection from lawsuits

THE CONTENT WAS GOOD, BUT FELT THAT THE SPEAKERS WERE HOLDING BACK INFORMATION. I THOUGHT THAT THE SPEAKERS WERE MORE INTERESTED OF US SUBSCRIBING TO THE DIFFERENT PACKAGES OFFERED INSTEAD OF JUST LET US LEARN CORRECTLY ALL THE CONCEPTS AND THEN DECIDE WHAT TO DO NEXT.

I sat in on one of Anderson's weekend full-day web seminars. It was very comprehensive and addressed many questions that I have had personally about rental properties as they relate to business entities. We have had a number of growing concerns in our extended family's estate planning exercises, and many of these concerns were called out in the seminar. I look forward to discussing solutions with Anderson.

Very disappointing waste of time. I signed up for the seminar thinking I would learn something about asset protection. What I got instead was some sort of weird rah rah meeting about getting rich quick in real estate. In summary, I didn’t learn a single thing and am pretty confident that these people are just charlatans trying to sell their snake oil. I could have rated them one star, but I give them two stars I guess for trying.

I, usually don't leave reviews but, I felt that this might help someone in my shoes. I reached out to Anderson Advisors in October of 2024. I talk to a representative who sold me on a WY entity, and a Texas series LLC, with two small cells. It was probably like a 15 min talk on the phone. In which he talked about the benefits of a Series LLC, and how it saves you money if you plan on opening more cells in that state. So, I decided to go on with the deal and paid a total of $7798. I felt it was very pricy since I have friends that have opened LLC's for a fraction of that price. But I did not mind the price if it was gonna be beneficial. The problem came when I tried opening bank accounts for my two cells I got rejected at multiple banks because there was no EIN # for the cells. I later asked the Anderson Team and they said they don't issue EIN# for the cells, that I would have to get with the Anderson Team to request those, at an additional cost. After having issues opening bank accounts, I, did more research and found out that title companies are not very familiar with Series LLC's and problems to transfer property might be a headache in the future. **With only two property's at my name and still owing on them. This structure that I paid $7798 was very complex. I got sold on the benefits of the Series LLC, I felt that the Anderson Team should have emphasize more on the issues with this structure when recommending it, since you will probably have issues setting up bank accounts at first and have issues down the road when transferring property out of the cells under the parent LLC. ********* My recommendation is get a second opinion locally. This might cost a fraction of the price that I paid. Also if you are just starting off like me it's probably best to keep it simple with only an LLC NOT a Series LLC. Banks and title companies are more familiar with SIMPLICITY. Due to the time it has taken me to even open BANK ACCOUNTS for this structure, I decided to dissolve the entire structure from my Wyoming LLC, Texas Series LLC, and the two cells. Sadly it was a waste of $7798.

The seminar was more than I expected. It worth the time and the cost associated with the products. Each presenter was knowledgeable and convey the value of their products effectively. I am grateful for the opportunity. Thank you
