We found Sheila's business through yelp to complete my mother's legal documents. Sheila was very quick to respond and answered any questions we had before our appointment. She was up front about pricing and made sure we were aware of her charges. She is very knowledgeable and gives you her input when needed which was extremely helpful. I called this law firm, which is located in Nevada. I live in North Carolina, I just watched a YouTube video and the attorney mentioned by the news anchor was unclear. I turned on my close caption and then Googled the name and bravo!!! The attorney handled a ladies case for a plasma donation center called OctaPharma, which caused her to get hematoma. I have hematoma from the same company located here in North Carolina.

Please allow me to address this "unprofessional issue" you deem to be so by hiding their telephone number. This is Elizabeth Anne Theriot, former 1099 independent contractor of Blatnik Law LLC (March 2015 through January 2024) which served loyally as the law firm's primary paralegal, book keeper, admin assistant, IT department, website designer, etc. For more details about my services, please contact Blatnik Law LLC assuming it is not held under confidentiality. Now, Mr. "Richard A" claims it is "unprofessional" to utilize a secure phone number, but what this individual fails to disclose their incessant harassment of staff of Blatnik Law LLC that lead to fear and safety of their own selves and their families simply because Mr. "Richard A" refused on multiple occasions to remit payment for services rendered. Thus consequently harassing and threatening various staff member(s) including the owner, Kelley Kaye Blatnik Esq. via phone calls, emails (of which I have receipts), threat of legal action and or other "consequences" (implied death and or physical violence threats). Now while, yes, it is every client's right to disclose their issue(s) and complaint(s) with a law firm that they utilized, what Mr. Richard A fails to disclosure the full scope of the issue at hand in order to make his straw man's argument appear "stronger" and that whoa is he that hath suffered so much by such "unprofessionalism" via protecting the staff's phone number so as to protect the individual's from further doxing, harassment, and even put in fear of their own life and safety from this particular individual. As such, please be advised to not take everything stated by Mr. Richard A. at face value in spite the fact that he seems to be a "valid/verified" online reviewer of businesses. As for my own experience with Blatnik Law LLC both professionally and personally, I have no ill will towards Blatnik Law LLC and wish their firm the best for their success in their future endeavors as I blaze a trail of my own. Services ceased on January 5th, 2024 due to the law firm no longer having the need for the myriad of service(s) I have provided for them for the past near decade or so. I am forever grateful and thankful to them since thanks to Blatnik Law LLC and especially Kelley Kaye Blatnik Esq. along with my own academic scholarships of merit I was able to complete two (2) college degrees without having to take out any student loans. Ergo perhaps this may make my review bias in hindsight, nevertheless, I think it's better to end on a more positive note rather than negative since there is already so much to be angry about in the world and no single individual or business should ever have to take the full fault for this as there are for the most part extenuating circumstances or external factors that may make this one individual and or business that is receiving some review be it positive or negative influence the grade and emotional response as such. Great work, If you need any paperwork done, this is the business to come to, sheila did not only file my work but she gave me peace of mind and Security. The paperwork is filed correctly. Add an amazing price not only that her service and attitude towards anything that she needs to file is her priority. Do not advise to use this service, I asked for assistance with a cease and desist and the individual I spoke with states only a lawyer can do that, informed her that anyone can do a cease and disuse, and she said that she wasn’t aware if she could. I thanked her for her service and she exuded unprofessional behavior and language. Use other resources that are actually knowledgeable.
