“Do not advise to use this service, I asked for assistance with a cease and desist and the individual I spoke with states only a lawyer can do that, informed her that anyone can do a cease and disuse, and she said that she wasn't aware if she could.”

“Be warned. She tells you she will help you with your motion at $150 an hour with a $350 deposit. She will then fill out the free forms you can get at the clark county self help center and the free instructions to file then charge you the $350.”
