I was in a position to have to repay gross wages stemming from a work overpayment. I got absolutely nowhere with my employer. After Alex's knowledgeable advice I am now only returning the net overpayment. Alex is noble, honest, and truly altruistic. This was such a huge burden lifted. Alex saved me almost 10k in 5 minutes. I would hire him in a heartbeat for any work related matter that can not be resolved, or for a quick mediator.

I cant say enough positive things about Alex as a small business owner. 10/10 - A+ - 5 Stars. I've hired him to handle 3 labor claims - all of which he was able to protect, and settle fairly and in my favor. In just 6 months, he has saved me from over $400,000 in potential damages and liabilities, and helped me recoup over $135,000 in unpaid invoices. I currently have him on retainer as my general counsel, and have found him beyond useful in protecting my companies interest. Alex is meticulous, sharp, and highly effective.

Mr. Perry reviewed a commission agreement and discussed how California law applied to the agreement. Given the complexities of California law and an agreement with a national scope, his guidance was extremely helpful. I now understand how to better negotiate future agreements and ensure my rights in California are respected.
