I met Matt about 6 years ago as he was my attorney for a very important case. Matt gave me the best representation I could possibly ask for. Always honest and upfront with you from the beginning. Matthew was a great lawyer in my matter with DETR….he organized my thoughts and brought to the table, in my hearing, an overwhelming series of irrefutable facts that led to a positive outcome…., but not at first…even after having the DETR Judge rule in our favor, they refused to pay the amounts that were owed….amounts, I may add, were federal monies guaranteed under PUA and not money from the State of Nevada. Matthew used his influence to inquire why I was not paid even with a judgement in my favor, and within the week, DETR paid. He is the one positive note in the Sea of Chaos and lack of compassion by DETR, who truly did not understand the care supposed to be given, in the “CARES ACT”.. I highly recommend, and THANK Matthew Piccolo, for his outstanding work in my case.

Mr. Piccolo masterfully navigated and mended a legal situation between ourselves and another party regarding my families health disabilities and the Fair Housing Act. He defended my family from an unjust discrimination. When we felt cornered Mr. Piccolo gave us a hand. He is calm and collected and allows his knowledge of law to speak for himself and his client. After a long pandemic with NO money Matthew helped me win my unemployment case. He was pristine, punctual, professional and efficient. He have a lot of experience. The best on the market for sure!

Matt has a very calm demeanor mixed with knowledge of employment law. A good choice for negotiation and de-escalating conflict. I personally would use him again and would recommend for any workplace issues, unemployment claims and settlement discussions. Fees are very reasonable and you would not find yourself getting less then him which speaks volumes to his business ethics.
