Mike saved our business. We went through a rough time with a business partner and were one the edge of losing it all. He came in and made it happen. The way he talks to opposing council, you can tell he knows his stuff. He’s very direct and professional. Doesn’t get walked on. He holds his position and tells opposing council what will be the next steps. He leaves them with no choice but to agree. This is the guy you want on your side. He will take care of you and you will come out on the other side with the win you were looking for.

From having a consultation to retaining Attorney Esposito he and his firm has been nothing more than perfect! He unlike other attorneys I have consulted with he did not make me feel belittled or demoralized in any way possible. He listened, gave legal advisement, referred, and pulled through.
