Erik Severino is a great attorney which goes to show why he has such rave reviews. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to talk to him directly when I had questions and would instead be directed to his office staff but that was not the case. Erik answered every email and believe me, I sent a lot. If you want an attorney who is attentive and can make a bankruptcy seem like a walk in the park then look no further. On a side note, his office staff is very nice and helpful too which makes things that much easier, it was actually my very first phone call to his office that made me want to go and have a consult with Erik. I believe it was Jose that I spoke with (forgive me if I’m wrong) and he instantly made me feel like my husband and I had nothing to be worried about or even ashamed of. Bankruptcy seemed like such a scary process and i thought it would be so stressful but Erik made everything so easy, he took the time to answer all my questions from day one and responds quickly and explains everything thoroughly. The process was stress free and seamless. After my hearing in late May he told me my BK would discharge in August, Well August 1st my BK was discharged. I filed for Bankruptcy chapter 7 afraid and uneducated, however from past experiences with attorneys I was told to wait and see what I could work off. I was consumed with debt, financial stress and working and barley able to provide a sustainable income to provide for my children let alone myself. Finally I looked up some reputable attorney and didn't care what the cost at this point I wanted to be done with this ordeal caused by bad financial decisions and a horrible divorce. Erik Severino was not only efficient in the work and knowledge he provided for my case but he was respectful and not judgmental! Which made me trust his advices going forward I paid he filed within a day in a week I had a case going forward in a matter of a month or two we were in court and after that I was casebook closed! I now been case closed for a few months I was able to buy a nice car for myself and children obtain a checking account and have a small credit card to rebuild my credit. I'm the happiest I've ever been since years of financial debt. I have everything now thanks to Erik. I would recommend Erik Severino to anyone who needs an attorney.

If you have ever dealt with any type of lawyer in your life, and had a horrible experience, you probably get really cautious and skeptical about anything and everything any lawyer says; Well toss that out the window, because with Erik, he delivers exactly what he says. My wife and I had a phone consultation with him after seeing numerous amazing reviews already. We decided we would take the plunge, and retain him.
