I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had one of those "I'd better get my life in order" moments. I knew exactly the attorney I wanted to help me with my estate planning because I had already heard great things about Mike Cahill. When I let Mike know what was going on with my health, he immediately made himself available at a convenient time for me and my wife to meet with him. He was very well prepared for our meeting and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Mike has a thorough understanding of the law and was able to easily answer the questions we had. Mike did a fantastic job preparing the documents we needed and provided us with easily understood directions about what we needed to do on our end to get everything in order. Mike also had great follow-up and let us know that he could easily be reached if we had any questions or concerns. Overall, I was very impressed. Mike is an excellent attorney that provides excellent service to his clients. I would happily recommend him to anyone in need of estate planning services.

Michael Cahill helped us with our estate planning. He was very professional and timely. He sat down and explained the complexities of the law in terms that we could easily understand. My wife and I would highly recommend Mr. Cahill as an attorney.

It was a little bit of a challenge to find the door BUT once my wife and I found it, it was all reward. We came not knowing exactly what services we needed. Michael displayed his knowledge by navigating us to the exact services, we lacked. In conversation it seemed complicate and heavy tasked, but with the provided checklist and the over the phone repeated clarifications, my wife & I easily completed this necessary task.

My wife and I met with Michael and he clearly and patiently explained the process and answered all of our questions. Michael was very knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. I had put this off for a while because I didn't look forward to going through the process. It turned out to be very easy and actually pleasant. I will recommend Michael anytime the subject of Estate Planning comes up.

Explained all the steps of the Will, Probate and Estate plan. Gave us a binder with table of contents covering all phases of the Will, power of attorney, Health care, Trust info.

We recently moved to Nevada from Illinois, and needed to update our trust, wills etc. We gave Michael our list of items we wished to have addrssssed, and he prepared a proposal. In a very short period of time, once we supplied requested documents for Michael to review , we had a follow up meeting, and then a final meeting, where Michael prepared and gave us an EXCELLENT extremely well organized binder with all the information that we reviewed that pertained to our trust and will, and it was presented in a very professional manner.

My husband and I hired Michael Cahill recently to create our wills and a trust. He was friendly and helpful when he explained the different ways to structure our documents. We were able to consider his advice and quickly reach a decision. He then was fast in completing the job. His staff was very friendly and proactive, making sure we had followup appointments as needed. I highly recommend Mr. Cahill and plan to return to him with any future needs.

My wife and I went to Michael to set up a family trust. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Michael was timely, kind, and knowledgeable. We have a relatively young family and we feel secure knowing that we are prepared for future circumstances thanks to Michael. In previous experiences with attorneys I have felt like a number or just someone's paycheck. Michael has a family feel to his practice and never made us feel like we were a bother for our questions or concerns. Pricing was also reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.
