Asks about a case but they disregarded it easily because of cost. Didn't even ask me if I was ok with paying for whatever it would cost. Just assumed I'm poor or don't have money.

Lucky if you get as far as many reviewers claim. It's always easy to spot a person (or a lawyer) who speaks first and asks questions later. This can be dangerous. A picture can be worth a thousand words and if you look closely, I'm sure you'll say it's even possible to read her thoughts.
