I am so impressed with Eric and Gus. I had to file bankruptcy or loose my home because I was wronged by my HOA. I just had one surgery in the beginning of November 2021 and have 3 more to go by February 2022. I'm completely relaxed about the compassion and ability that Erik Severino and his staff is providing me. I'm not anxious at all about how my affairs will be handled by his office, no babysitting this wonderful atty as they are on top of my case as long as I let them know what I'm going through I absolutely trust that they will be in my corner completely. Dealt with Erik and his team for a bankruptcy. The process played out exactly the way he described it beforehand and he and his team were very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had.

I have to give this firm an exemplary FIVE STARS. I had been on the fence about filing bankruptcy for about 4 yrs. I originally went with a different firm (you know the first one that pops up on the Google search). They were not helpful, I had put money down and paying when I could, and I started getting garnishment letters. When I went to the old firm about theses letters, no help. I decided to go with Eric Severino had a consultation, felt very positive about the meeting but still waited another year. I finally took the plunge and I am very happy I did. From Mr. Severino, to his law clerk, to the firm's receptionist- secretary everyone was so helpful. All in all it took 60 days from start to finish. This firm is the best.
