“My niece died in a tragic accident in Oct and this firm posted on their blog site promoting their services so I contacted them. An intake person contacted me right away and sent documents for my sister to sign. My sister flew from Guam to Cali to take care of the burial arrangements and meet with these guys to appoint me the contact. I followed up with them late Nov and still haven't heard from them.”
