They are not only excellent at what they do, but they also always act with your best interests in mind. If they do not believe that they can provide value given your specific circumstances then they will tell you that rather than wasting your money. Their responsiveness and communication are top notch! Their reputation is top notch! Their ability to represent you and resolve your family dispute is top notch! As mentioned in a few other reviews, they are definitely not a discount law firm, but you get what you pay for and they will not disappoint. There is a certain comfort that comes with knowing that the opposing council knows exactly who your lawyer is, and what they are capable of. It sets the tone for all future interactions, and in my experience made opposing council much more reasonable. Kainen Law Group provided such comfort and stability during the most stressful and sad experience of my life. Specifically, Dara Marias was my emotional support attorney. She explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand but not intimidating. Originally, my partner and I discussed mediation, but after hearing her speak about amicable divorce, it became clear that was the right choice for us. I am so grateful that she informed us of the option, and even though my partner and I were in fact amicable, I truly believe that it made the separation process much less contentious. On the same note, Dara gave honest advice and made even unpleasant statements sound tolerable. I have not used their services just called for a consultation. I was told that the consultation would be around $500 because they are consulting my individual case. Then to retain an attorney it would be around $10,000-$15,000. Not something that I can afford at this time.

Both Ed and Dara offered me a streamlined alternative.
