Kevin Sprenz and his team work very diligently on your case, while at the same time genuinely making you feel like family.My case resulted in years of treatment and finally 2 large fusions in my back in neck. He even came and brought me an ever so popular bundt cake after my neck surgery in the hospital check to see how I was doing, and give me and my husband hugs of congratulations. Through his diligent and tireless commitment of time spent on my case, we won! My medical bills have made me the "million dollar girl" (well $998,750 something ... close enough) and Kevin and his team made sure that I paid nothing of that; and I didn't. Please remember, each case is different, each settlement will be different based on your accident, insurance coverage of all parties..... there are so many working pieces that I consider myself an accidental expert. But know this: Regardless of your situation, you will be stood up for, your rights will be protected, you are fought for on a daily basis with knowledge, finesse, care and compassion. Since my initial horrific head on collision where we were stopped in 2010, 7 years later a nice elderly person t-boned me, not going very fast but enough to jangle my bones and muscles that resulted in my needing care. Again, my old friend Kevin, because we have stayed friends since our initial meeting in 2010, was there to make that process go smoothly and have a positive outcome as well. As a retired Superior Court Judge, I obviously have had the "opportunity" to deal withLawyers of all ilk so to speak. Professionalism, which to me encompasses not only one's knowledge of the law, but preparation, appearance on a personal level and overall demeanor including the professional manner which one conduct him/herself with others. These were most important factors to me in selecting Kevin to represent both me and my wife. The initial interview with any Attorney is to me, a very important step as it will generally set the demeanor of the parties and usually a valid indicator as to what kind of a relationship one can expect with Counsel of their choosing. That first meeting with Kevin sealed the deal for us. He was very courteous and respectful. He conducted the initial interview with solid professionalism while keeping everyone at ease. He was most thorough on explaining legal issues in Nevada, mainly from my inquisitive mind. He was most thorough in explaining how things would probably proceed and assured us of keeping us in "the loop". I would also add that his staff is one of the most professional I have ever dealt with in my legal career. Their courtesy, level of training and professionalism rate right up there among the best I have ever met or dealt with. By far the slowest legal service around. From the paralegals to the lawyer himself, this is the epitome of bad service, neglect of clients, and overall incompetence. I feel insignificant and forgotten about as his client. My case began 3 years ago and I have yet to receive my settlement. Good luck reaching the lawyer. The staff forgets to pass messages to him, and it seems that even when he gets a message, he forgets to respond. Look for someone else to represent you. Someone with time and who cares about their cients.

Best Attorney ever!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I met with Mr. Bowen to receive help with an upcoming deposition. Mr. Bowen offered to take my case on contingency, then he handed the case off to his associate Brandon Trout. From that point on, I never heard from Mr. Bowen again. Everytime I called, he told his office staff to inform me that he was not in the office. Everything is coming to light. Mr. Bowen and his associate Brandon Trout set out to sabotage my case by working with and helping the other side whom they had relations with. Although, I was initially informed that there were no conflicts of interest, Mr. Bowen and Mr. Trout refused to disclose that they did indeed have a conflict of interest. And, instead of telling me this information, guess who they tell? The other side!! I started suspecting that something fishy was going on and asked my case to be turned back over into my possession. Instead, Mr. Bowen and Trout spent weeks sitting on the case, refused to do any work on the case, and only decided to get off after several emails and threats to report them to the Bar. They were actively working with the other side's attorneys to undermine my case, exchanging confidential documents and making deals to assist the other side in furthering their defense. When I asked for my case to be returned, Mr. Bowen also had the audacity to act like I told him to take my case. After hearing about the details of the case which were needed to assist on the deposition only, Mr. Bowen (thinking he could make a quick buck) wanted to take the case stating all the work he would do to further the case (which never happened). I was highly upset with the unethical, shady practices of this office. Mr. Bowen claims to be a Bishop of the LDS church, but his actions are far from anything a so-called Bishop would do. Very disappointing to me that someone who is God-fearing would lie and engage in unethical behavior just to undermine a client. As relayed to Mr. Bowen, if he no longer wanted to be on the case ,all he had to do was pick up the phone and say so. I would have gladly taken it back because I was doing fine by myself. But, like the coward he is, he sat on the case and played games. This man and his staff are frauds. Beware!!!
