Our HOA contracted with Charles Fenton to pursue a claim with the developer of our community. The claim is still ongoing, however, it is clear that we made the correct decision in contracting with this attorney. I think that we would have in a disastrous situation had we not contract with him because many construction defects were uncovered in the course of pursuing our claim. We receive updates from him or his representatives at our board meeting, He also makes himself available if any questions arise.
