Tara was my neighbor and when I got into a car accident, I hired her to represent me. She settled my case for the insurance policy limits within ten days from taking the case. After she got me the maximum possible amount, we received a "subrogation claim" from my own health insurance company which meant reimbursing out of my settlement for my hospital bills and medical treatment. Tara explained to me that fighting the subrogation claim would be a long shot but might be able to prevail,her exact words were, “well, it is a long shot, but let’s fight them!” She wrote a very strong letter to the health insurance provider, and in response to her letter, they waived their subrogation claim. I was so happy - Tara saved me money that would have otherwise gone out of my settlement check and I ended up getting the full policy limit! Although I was hurt and in a lot of pain after my accident, having Tara as my attorney gave me absolute peace of mind. I certainly felt like a winner in the end! If you are looking for an aggressive attorney who is willing to fight for you and put all her time in to resolve your case quickly, you need to hire Tara. A million thanks to Tara!
