I was referred to Francesca Resch and knew she was who I wanted representing me from our first meeting. With the most important thing to me at stake Francesca was there on the front line doing what she does best! She is someone you trust to have your best interest at heart. As a business owner I dont really like giving a bad review and as you can see from my profile, I dont do that either. In this case I just feel the need to express myself. I can 100% afford the bill and have not complaint about it either. I choose just to pay and leave an honest review. Not only could I not get hold of the assigned lawyer before court they also kept charging me for services I did not authorize. I paid $5000 upfront and they ended up maximizing that to $5500 even that I never requested extra services. I found that strange since I had not requested the work. I found some emails from them in my spam folder asking if I wanted to proceed and I never answered (spam folder) but they added additional work so they could spend the retainer. (and more) As I said I just paid but this has to be the worst service I ever paid for. Its just not right to treat your clients like that just because they can afford it.

Worked with Corey Schmutz to set up a Trust. Found him to be very professional. Exceptional knowledge of Nevada laws. A pleasure to work with.
