I was the passenger in a car accident at the end of January which resulted in a right broken foot and left me unable to walk for almost 3 months. I was overwhelmed and concerned with how to handle the matter since I have no health insurance and I was unable to work throughout the duration of my injury. My dad recommended that I contact Benson and Bingham based off of several good reviews he read online. I contacted them that same day and met with legal consultant Adam Stone the next day. It was the best decision that I could of made. He came to my house because I was unable to drive and from that moment forward he handled everything. I was sent to a chiropractor the next day on an attorney lean where I was seen 4 times a week for several weeks until I got my cast off and was able to start physical therapy as well. Adam was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on the status of my case. He put my mind at ease from the beginning that he would do everything in his power to make sure I was compensated for lost wages and pain and suffering. He kept his word and was also able to reduce some of my medical bills by 50%. I could not have handled this situation without the help of Adam. I would high recommend Benson and Bingham for anyone, they made this situation easier for me than I could of hoped for.

In March of 2015 I was rear ended by a drunk driver and my vehicle was completely totaled. I had some people close to me recommend Benson and Bingham to help assist me with my injuries and battle with the insurance company. I was unaware of how the process worked and I was extremely pleased with the assistance and guidance Joe Benson and Adam Stone gave me during this process. I am currently in the medical field and have been for 9 years, yet Adam and Joe gave me options of medical doctors and therapists that I had never been exposed to and they were very helpful with all my injuries and very efficient. They will be doctors I stick with if I will ever be in need again. Adam was very knowledgeable with each step, he explained how every process worked and he always fought for me when the Insurance companies were not the most cooperative. I believe Benson and Bingham are different than other law offices because they are caring, they help guide you, they explain each step and how each process will work and what my potential outcomes could be. I never felt like I did not know what was going on or what step was next. Adam was always available via the phone or if I did leave a message was very responsive at getting back to me, he also would answer emails in a very timely manner. All the staff members working in this office are very kind. I would highly recommend them. The way how they communicate with their clients is very professional. They always answer phone calls and are responsive to questions. I've been to other lawyers but nobody handles the business better than this office. I wonder why they have 5 stars ratings.
