I want to share my experience with this office, I believe it’s worth taking the time mainly for all those who always hesitate when in need of legal services. I was involved in a car accident, big one. Unfortunately for me and my family, the person at fault fled the scene after running a stop sign leaving us there. After this happened we were left in pain, without a car, without any information on who hit us, and desperate because without health insurance, we were going to have to pay for hospital bills and even follow up appointments. Someone I know recommended Benson & Bingham, after I contacted them they immediately made me feel not everything was lost, they got us into a doctor right away while they did their investigation. I am so grateful I decided to call them, my injuries were very serious, enough that I was told I had to find myself a different job or I was at risk of having to spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair. I am 38 years old and I have a family to support, this changed my life completely. My case manager Adam was able to find coverage to pay for my medical bills and get me compensated for pain and suffering, they never made any promises, and delivered much more than I ever expected, giving me and my family some piece of mind while going through this horrible experience. What a fabulous team, would not hesitate to recommend Benson & Bingham to anyone in need of legal services. Thank you for all your help!

My rep and attorney through Benson and Bingham work here at this location. They are both amazing. I would talk to Cassidy probably 1 to 2 times a week for 11 months as she was always on top of updating me with information regarding my case. Also my actual attorney would call me on the phone and give me updates as well, so I always knew where we were at and what was going on with my case. Anytime I would email my rep with a question I always got a response right back. They are so caring about their clients at Benson & Bingham they are almost like family after a year of being their client. My case is coming to an end and I am actually sad that I will no longer be in contact with them all the time. I would recommend Benson and Bingham to anyone and everyone who is looking for an attorney's office that truly and honestly 100% care about their clients. There's so many wonderful things I could keep saying about them but bottom line THIS IS THE PLACE TOO GO.... Great Firm, Cassidy is the Greatest. Helped me all the way from beginning to end. Answered all my question. Was concerned about making sure I was alright physically first. Always felt they were looking out for my well beginning. Not happy I had to use a lawyer, but happy I chose them. PS, Give Cassidy a raise she's golden.

After an auto accident that resulted in a trip to the hospital, I went to Benson & Bingham in Summerlin and they started working on my case the same day. I was so happy to not have to deal with the insurance companies, and to have one less thing on my plate after an accident like that. This was my first major auto accident, and they were always there with advice and let me know what I needed to do every step of the way. The staff at Benson and Bingham are very knowledgeable and Cassidy, who was managing my case, was always just a call or email away. BENSON & BINGHAM is an awesome place to represent you in the time of need. They are very honest and efficient. when in the office on first visit there offer you water and make you comfortable. When telling your case to them they listen they dont just get the bits and pieces off it all, they referred me to a doctor right away and made sure transportation to and from wasnt an issue. I loved it and if i have to do it again I will use them. Hopefully I dont ever again. I was struck by a Sport utility vehicles while riding my bicycle. The team at Benson & Bingham helped me through the whole process. From refering me to a doctor for a second second option to helping me with distribution of funds once we successfully settled the case. There three locations help in that I was never far from one of their offices when I need to sign some paper work or speak to one of their team about my case. I truly appreciate the assistance Benson & Bingham provided during my ordeal.
