I was injured by a vehicle in 2021 and worked with Attorney Dana Oswalt and Cassidy Kay on her staff during the entirety of my 3 year journey to close out my personal injury case successfully. If you are ever in need of legal support in any field Benson & Bingham works in call them ASAP. Personally I have reached out to them 2 times in my life where help was needed. Not only do they get the results, but the care that Cassidy places into every conversation is so amazing! Her communication, pace, understanding, and compassion helps during rough times. Benson & Bingham helped us out like no other. They were patient, detailed, polite/courteous, and always there if we needed an ear. We went to get married and ended up in a disaster. They have helped us through that disaster with kid gloves. I would use them again at anytime in the future!!
