I’ve been a loyal/returning client of Benson and Bingham. Specifically, my attorney Dana Oswald and my case manager Cassidy Kay are the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process and communication is easy. I 100% recommend choosing Benson & Bingham. I would not be going anywhere else.

I was rear ended and the insurance company was non responsive. After a couple of weeks and lots of wasted time and energy, I contacted this law firm and was put in touch with Cassidy Kay. Cassidy was extremely communicative and made the entire process very seamless.

I have used benson and Bingham 3 times now for car accidents I've been in throughout the years. Each time they do an excellent job. My attorney Jordan fought hard for me and my family to recieve the maximum benefits for my injuries. I am thankful for their service. Im from new jersey and i got rear ended in las vegas , i flew back home next morning. I spoke to Cassidy , and her team did everything they can to help. I have had the misfortune of having two accidents but the absolute best representation with this law firm. My first accident happened around May/June 2020 I was able to get consultation and everything started the same day I called. I don't recall my first lawyer but my case manager Cassidy was amazing she was communicative, clear and reassuring. This case was a breeze and I feel like the settlement my lawyer reached was beyond expectations. This time around end of may of 2023 there was another car accident. It had way more moving parts. Nonetheless Cassidy and Dana (Lawyer) were keeping me updated with every step. Just like the first time the settlement was substantial. Two wins in a row, the best team I could've asked for with results that blew expectations out of the water.
