Dana Oswalt and Michelle Rodriguez were super informative and helpful after my car accident in December 2022. It was my first accident and I had no idea what to do or where to start but I knew I needed guidance. I found Benson & Bingham online and after looking at all the good reviews I thought I’d give them a call. I definitely made the right decision. I called and got to go in and talk to the attorney that same day. We started the process from day 1. Dana and Michelle kept me updated anytime there was anything happening with my case and if I had any questions, I just gave them a call and they were always able to answer it. I was also able to get some chiropractic treatment for about a month to help with my mild aches and pains and by the end, it was all better. The whole process only took about 4-5 months total and now I have some money in my pocket to cover the inconvenience of being in the accident. Nobody wants to deal with all of that but when you have the attorneys and team at Benson & Bingham by your side, it’s all a little easier and stress free.
