I switched from another attorney because of lack of communication. I have both of my attorneys personal cell phone numbers and can contact them anytime, this makes me feel very involved in my case.They got me to a Dr. who has a upstanding reputation, and will not only help my case but actually care how I want to handle my medical treatment. When they took my case they also took my 3 childrens cases over from the other law office because it was already settled but we had been waiting more than 2 months to set up their accounts. The Palmer law office not only set up the accounts without a fee, they found that there was over $2000, that was unaccounted for in all the court documents the other office did, so my kids got a lot more than we had agreed on. You tell me, where WOULD that money had gone? When you speak to them they are so personable yet professional, but that makes me feel so good about having them on my side is it's so obvious they have three things that we do not see enough of... An amazing work ethic, values and morels. I carry their cards everywhere because after dealing with the other attorneys office, I want everyone to get the genuine treatment I get!
