THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I’ve been dealing with them for over a year after a car crash I was in and have been disappointed and frustrated with their lack of responsiveness. Every time I call, I’m advised no one is available and I’ll receive a call back OR I speak to someone and they give me the same update that I received a month ago. They are NEVER true to their word when it comes to communication. You’re told someone will call you back by XYZ date and they never do. If I didn’t call them to follow up every few weeks I wouldn’t have any idea what is going on with my case.

I was in a hit and run accident on the way to work with my children. House of law took care of me and my family by ensuring the safety of my children first and making sure any medical treatment we needed was done. During the process, issues occurred such as rental cars, car seats and more from the at fault party. Well Daniella and her team did not stand down and made sure I got the services/compensation/treatment I was entitled too. ***I forgot to mention they got the damages on my vehicle fixed three weeks from being represented by them. I was in a rental vehicle during that time. I had two different case managers; for me and then the kids. I dealt majority of the time with Presley who was outstanding. The communication was great and reassuring at times when I felt frustrated. And overall professional. This firm loves what they do and have passion help.
