Have not engaged Mr. Parry yet but he was responsive and that is important.

Zach helped me with a child custody case. He was very prompt in getting back to me with the answers to my questions that I had. He is smart, wise, and knowledgeable. He did the research needed, knows the law and is very capable in and out of the courtroom. You don't find an attorney like this very often.

As a child psychologist and an expert witness in family court for custody cases, I am familiar with many lawyers in town. I had the opportunity to interview over a dozen lawyers to find someone who could assist me with my own business needs, and someone who possessed an excellent grasp of my role as an expert witness in family court. My job often involves helping children in the middle of a custody battle who need an advocate for their mental health needs. This means that I receive multiple subpoenas to appear at depositions. I needed to find a strong, tough and honest attorney who would not only protect myself but the children I work with. I chose Zach as my attorney and I know I made the right decision. My ex-wife had full legal and sole custody of our two children. When she decided to relocate and move with our kids 800 miles away, and without giving proper notice of relocation to the court, I wasn't able to see my children for over seven months. With failed attempts to negotiate with my ex wife, I decided I needed to talk with an attorney and see what my rights were being a father with visitation rights only. When I consulted with Zachariah, he asked me questions that made me feel he was genuinely concerned about my situation. He also gave me realistic expectations and didn't over inflate the possible outcomes. Even though it wasn't necessarily what I wanted to hear, he was letting me know before hand all possible outcomes. He wasn't trying to sway my decisions in any way, in fact he said that if I wanted to take a different approach, he was willing to do so, but the cost to benefit ratio might not be the best. Even though he could have said let's go for the "home run" ,where he would be able to have more billable hours, he remained honest, and to me that shows his character. With his help, I was able to gain joint custody of my children. He wrote up a stipulation that amended my divorce decree so that it was fair to both parties, (I was pro-se on my divorce case and my ex had an attorney). He always kept me up to date on everything that was happening, and promptly responded to all my phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend Zachariah to any one that wants an attorney that is hands on, listens to his clients, and knows the case backwards and forwards, rather than reviewing the notes of your case as the court hearing is about to start. Zachariah was outstanding in every aspect.

Zach is absolutely awesome! He didn't just work hard on my case he went over and beyond. Zach really cared and sympathized as to what happened to me. I was scammed out of $450,000 and awarded over 4 million because of his hard work and determination. He really took a personal interest and still follows my case. Zach even said he wants to visit the crooks in jail, that's how much he cares! I don't think there's an other attorney out there that can compare to him!!!!
