After looking for and wide for the proper legal assistance I needed. Johnson and Johnson was the fit for me.

STEER CLEAR of these attorneys. David Johnson took four years to do a probate that was only a little over $40,000 which HE took most of from a veteran passed on! Non of family got what was willed to them! UNWILLING to fight for your rights! without MORE MONEY. Extremely expensive, EVEN the judge said he charge more than he should have. Beware!

Might excel at administration but not to be used for contesting wills Johnson & Johnson committed malpractice in their representation on a will contest in my mother's probate. I have a list of 24 points but most egregiously- 1. Did not cite relevant laws in the initial objections, in fact stated falsehoods about such statutes, bumping it up to appeal and increasing their percentage. 2. They did not get a trial on a will contest which under the statute' shall go to trial' and they did not notice the translation of the foreign will was altered, two terms changed and a comma added to the original translation which was provided by the same Portuguese attorney who produced it in 2006 and witnessed the signing will. 3. And they did not certify the translation made by a Las Vegas resident who is not certified in translations 4. They let a 12 minute probate hearing suffice to strip me of my inheritance under NV intestate succession when the law provided for a trial to contest the will. 5. Let the opposing counsel slander me in hearing, 6. And did not call out the probate commissioner's blatant violation of his ethics code 29 (c) which I am unable to get him reprimanded on as it's been past two years since that hearing and I only found out when pro bono lawyers took the case up to the NV Supreme Court- #83342 and uncovered all the shenanigans. All in all I was completely cut out of my mother's estate based on a Portuguese will that states plainly 'IN PORTUGAL'. Mom co owned a condo there with her partner who is now going to get her entire Nevada estate despite her dying without a US will mosty consisting of a $600,000 home in Las Vegas but various other assets- Mom was good with money. They also ignored her partner's culpability in her death- not getting her to help sooner. Because of emotional difficulties, she let cancer ravage her face, used a UV lamp to 'self-treat' it and then maggots ate down into her skull for at least three months before he finally called neighbors ( not me) to coerce her to treatment where she had to be declared incompetent..She died Feb 4, 2020. That case just had an arbitration hearing on the 28th, my claims about to be dismissed as I am not an ' heir' despite being the deceased's daughter, which is further harm to me ALL because I was not afforded a will contest due to J & J incompetence.
