On December 5, 2016, I was notified of the unexpected death, in Las Vegas, of an old friend. Her last Will and Testament had identified me as the Executor of her Estate. Having been thrust into the unexpected role of an Executor and driving over 1,000 miles, I contacted the funeral home where she was transferred to from the hospital. That funeral home had identified the Rushforth, Lee, and Kiefer LLP Law Firm who had provided probate services in the past. I contacted the Rushforth, Lee, and Kiefer LLP Law Firm and was directed to the services of Kennedy (Kenny) Lee. Over the last 18 months, I have worked with Mr. Lee to deal with many nuisances of estate administration. Mr. Lee helped me through estate administration including: validation of the Will, Letters of Testamentary, dealing with creditors, managing liquidation of estate assets, access to and accumulation, and distribution of liquid assets. The Estate included assets in the State of Texas and numerous creditors outside the State of Nevada, as well as the distribution of one third of a million dollars to several National Non-Profits. Throughout the last 18 months, Mr. Lee (and others who have supported him) has been knowledgeable, gracious, and very supportive throughout this long process. I highly recommend Mr. Lee to anyone dealing with Estates and Estate issues in Las Vegas, and in the State of Nevada.
